Over multiple years, I’ve helped turn Paramount+ into the place audiences instinctively associate with SpongeBob SquarePants. That mission came with a real challenge. SpongeBob’s popularity has long expanded beyond Nickelodeon, living everywhere fans are, across formats, platforms, and moments in culture. The job was not just to remind people the show exists. It was to make the answer to “where do I stream SpongeBob?” feel automatic.
As Lead Producer, I built a multi-year creative engine that constantly reintroduces SpongeBob through the lens of Paramount+’s biggest product. Trailers, promos, stunts, specials, OOH, and retail were not separate tactics, they were chapters of the same story: pulling the world of Bikini Bottom into the Paramount+ experience until the two became synonymous. From event programming like Kreepaway Kamp and Sandy's Country Christmas to high-impact moments designed to travel beyond the platform, I focused on work that felt native to the brand and unmistakably tied to Paramount+.
Authenticity was the non-negotiable. The work never asked fans to believe SpongeBob belongs on Paramount+. It showed them, again and again, in the only language SpongeBob speaks: character, comedy, and moments that feel pulled straight from the sea. The payoff is sustained, measurable, and repeatable: SpongeBob continues to rank as the #1 streamed series on Paramount+ year after year.
